He purchased this prayer rug in Afghanistan. It's made from real silk! The colors shimmer and it's incredibly soft. But every time I look at it, I giggle like a third grader. Do you see the tag there? Here's a closer look:
Apparently, it's a literal translation of where on the worm the silk is produced...

The rug is pretty! I love the look of your blog now! The purple stuff on the left side is really festive and the dark letters on the light background is easier on my eyes :)
