It's here! It's here! Yesterday I received my beautiful bedroom set and last night, we got it all arranged.
The Bed.
I wanted a canopy, he wanted wood. We both won. It's convertible so if in the future we decide canopies aren't cool, we can take it off, remove posts, etc. There's also a cute little bench for the foot of the bed. The Man didn't think we needed the bench. I disagreed.
The Dresser.

Sliding doors. Pretty cool, huh? There are two nightstands, also, but my picture was really blurry so I didn't post it. They had a swell slide-out tray for writing or breakfast in bed.

Oooo!! I love it!! It is all so pretty!!! Makes me wish that I had new furniture. Mine is all hodge podge but it works for the time being!! :) I love the little sliding doors!! Very cool.

Love the new furniture. We want a 4 post bed put one little problem...it would hit the ceiling fan. Need to wait until after we move. I can't wait to get my big dresser out of storage and have room for it.
YEAH!!!!!!!!!! I know how much fun it is to have a new set after NEVER having one! We just got a bedroom set too after 8.5 years and our Mattress had been on the floor for the past 2 years! I kind of miss the mattress on the floor to tell you the truth...but I LOVE having real nightstands with drawers and lamps!
