No Foolin'

So...it was April Fool's Day. And I did nothing. I didn't even tell a lame joke. Major fail on my part.

Instead of cackling with glee at the misery confusion I caused my children with little pranks all day long, I took a car trip to deliver my niece back to her mother. And then I discovered a whole new section of my personal hell by driving through one of the deadliest canyons during a near-blizzard. But at least I now have absolute faith in my abilities to correct a fishtail while facing down a semi truck.

No real post for now. And maybe not another one until I've decided whether or not I should reconsider the whole Happy Pills things.

Miss me while I'm gone (out of my mind)...

Glad you are okay. Driving in the snow can be miserable!

For the record..you will be missed!

stewbert - the visit was interesting...so interesting in fact, that she was telling her friends that instead of Utah, she was visiting Germany. I'm debating whether I am going to blog about it or not.

Wow, that sounds, uh, interesting. The conversation about your family must have been happening while I was sitting at the other table!

BTW, make sure to check my blog tomorrow. YOu may have won a little something. :)

That was a nasty storm, I can't even imagine driving the canyon during the storm. I'm glad you're OK!

Perhaps you should pull the April Fool's day pranks in a few weeks, that way everyone will be extra super surprised!

I totally bombed on april fools day this year too. Didn't really even realize it was April fools day until my sister explained to me why the heck google was calling itself Topeka.

So glad you made it through the storm. Driving in snow is scary.

Driving through a canyon in a near-blizzard sounds dreadful.

I didn't do any April Fool's jokes this year, we were too blitzed out on pre-Easter candy and 3 weeks of kids being on Spring Break (year around track breaks will do that to ya).

Happy Easter to you. I need some of those happy pills, too...

I didn't do anything, either. So lame. I couldn't get past the foot of snow we had. It put me in a bad mood all day. Glad to know you're safe!
